Welcome to Archive by gatehouse. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and our studio regarding your hire and use of our facilities. By booking our space, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these policies. We recommend reviewing these terms carefully before confirming your reservation.
Booking Policy
Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received in full. Studio hire includes access to all available furniture and basic lighting equipment. Please ensure your setup and pack-down time is included within your booked hours.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full reschedule or 50% refund. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the booking may incur an additional administration fee. No-shows are non-refundable.
Studio Usage
The studio must be returned to its original state. Any damage to equipment or property will be charged at repair or replacement cost. Smoking and illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Liability & Conduct
Archive by gatehouse shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought into the studio. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all equipment is used safely and appropriately. Any damage to the studio space or equipment provided by Archive by gatehouse during the booking period will be the sole responsibility of the client, and repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
Studio Conduct
- Clients must ensure the studio is left in the same condition as found at the start of the booking.Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited within the premises.Excessive noise that disturbs other businesses in the Gatehouse Hub is not permitted.Archive by gatehouse reserves the right to terminate a booking immediately if conduct is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
